Communication skills are crucial for personal and professional succes and improving this area is one of the greatest benefits of public speaking. Public speaking is a very common phobia, many people would prefer to do almost anything instead of standing up and talking in front of crowd people. But, for me as a Presenter, the ability to delivering speech and connecting with audiences is a must. By doing so, it help me to persuade, negotiate and make me more attractive to people.
